This years registration will take place in the Cafeteria at. Boca Raton Middle School can be located via Google Maps.
• League Age: Boys 7 – 15 & Girls 7 – 15
• Players age determined by age as of September 1st of the season you would be playing
• Siblings of returning hoopsters can register at this time
• 2015 Physical
• Anyone living outside the City of Boca Raton and the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District must pay a “non-resident fee” of $40.00 at the time of registration.
* New players need copy of birth certificate for age verification.

• High-5 Age: Boys & Girls 8 – 23
• New High-5 Registrants/Athletes need a medical clearance letter from their physician to participate.
Limitations and restrictions of activities should be noted.
• New High-5 Registrants/Athletes need birth certificate.
The Registration Fee is $50.
