On April 21st at the Palm Beach Medical Society & Services Awards Luncheon, awards were presented for “Heroes in Medicine” in numerous categories that acknowledge individuals and organizations that contribute to our Palm Beach County Community. It was an honor that Boca Hoops and its High Five Basketball Program was selected in the category of the Outstanding Community Outreach Organization Heroes. Boca Hoops salutes Gary Cohen, the founder and director of the High Five Program and all the coaches, B-Ball Buddies and volunteers over the years (15) that has made this stellar program of recreation basketball for individuals with disabilities. Congratulations High Five Basketball!
